pkpo Terms and Conditions

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on pkpo, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must have an active bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one pkpo account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date. pkpo may request identity verification documents at any time. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.

4.1 Deposit

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used to deposit funds into your pkpo account. The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Special Conditions of the Payment Policy

• Large withdrawals may be temporarily held until account verification is complete.
• To prevent money laundering, pkpo may request additional verification for any transaction.
• pkpo will not be held responsible for delays caused by technical errors or system issues.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager a total of 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing it.

5.2 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Each promotional offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on that offer's page.
• A bonus is only applicable to the person in whose name the account is registered.
• Using multiple bonus offers at the same time is not possible unless explicitly permitted.
• pkpo reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period — if not used within the time limit, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

5.3 VIP Program

pkpo has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. By playing regularly, users can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback — up to 0.4% at Bronze tier, up to 0.8% at Silver tier, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback at Gold tier.

The following rules always apply when placing bets on the pkpo platform:

6.1 Validity of Bets

• Once a bet is finally confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pkpo reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will generally be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA World Cup, international leagues) and other sports events, the set odds and limits must be followed. For live betting after an event has started, pkpo reserves the right to temporarily suspend the market at any time.

6.3 Casino Games

Slots, live casino and other games have their own rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Each game is operated under the rules of its third-party game provider.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkpo platform:

• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Using bots, scripts or automated software to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach the security of the pkpo system.
• Using the platform with the intent to harm other users.

7.2 Account Suspension and Cancellation

If sufficient evidence is found of involvement in the prohibited activities listed above, pkpo may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel the relevant account without notice. Any winnings or bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
